«The house was actually bigger than I thought it would be inside. The kitchen is huge and has such an amazing view in the morning with all of the windows. The lighting is amazing in this house. Putting mirrors at each one of the windows...brilliant! I would stay in this house again if I ever go back. Kate was very responsive and so polite. Thank you for everything!»

«Our stay at the Sperrinview House in Magherafelt was fantastic, our hosts were very accommodating and had lots of good advice for the surrounding "to do's". Communicating with our hosts was easy and they were quick with the responses. The house was neat, tidy and had all the amenities that we needed. The view from the front patio is the highlight of the property, and our hosts looked after everything that we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.»

Even with unreliable weather, the balcony is a lovely place to sit looking out at the river and woodland, with a canopy to protect from the rain if necessary! «Hostess/Host for this property are some of the finest I have ever met!! True Irish welcome from the hosts and a glorious manor house for our stay. Rental space was spacious enough for our group of five friends. We were able to experience the Northern Irish countryside at the house with chickens, guineas, and a donkey named Rita! Lovely vegetable and flower gardens surround the property within the walled gardens. The location is convenient to larger towns for groceries, etc. and for exploring ...

«Loved the location, quiet and lovely grounds. Was quite far from any towns, so if that is important, it might be something to consider. Not enough towels. Tiny kitchen area. All bedrooms and the only bathroom were all up a huge flight of stairs and the beds were very uncomfortable. Very pricey for what was offered. Would get unaffordable quickly if you stayed for very long. But it was a lovely home in a lovely area and very quiet and clean. »

«We chose Magherafelt as it is central and every part of the province is accessible for a day out by car. Off road parking is a bonus. Access to the house was easy using the key safe. The pictures and description on the website were accurate and the house was spotlessly clean. The wifi was very good. It is an easy walk to the town centre where we had a choice of several restaurants. There are supermarkets close by for stocking up provisions. My only quibble was the kitchen and living room ...
