Villa Mimas is a charming independent property located in Pollensa, Mallorca, ideal for a relaxing holiday in a natural setting. The villa has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout the year. Two of the bedrooms have single beds, while the third offers a double bed with an en-suite bathroom.



Inside, the open-plan living room is a perfect place to relax, with comfortable sofas, WiFi access, satellite TV and a dining area. The large glass doors lead to the stunning outdoor terrace surrounding the private pool, creating an ideal atmosphere for enjoying the outdoors.



In the exterior, Villa Mimas offers a spacious green garden, a large private swimming pool ideal for cooling off during the hot summer days, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying summer evenings with family or friends. Additionally, the villa has private off-road parking for greater convenience.



You can request a travel cot and a high chair at no additional cost. Air conditioning is free during the hours of 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
