«The host was very nice and helpful, especially going out of her way to provide birthday decorations, which was appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected the stay. The towels were unusable, the shower leaks water onto the bathroom floor, and there’s no place in the shower to keep soap or washcloths other than the floor.
