«Beautiful property. I stayed there 18 years ago and always wanted to go back. So glad we did. We loved our beachfront view. It rained a lot, but it was still a very relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Newburyport is just a 10-minute drive with top shelf restaurants. We enjoyed The Coffee Factory for lunch, they serve a great cup of Joe and the food is delicious. Bar25 NBPT has craft cocktail that are off the charts, and the food was just as good!»

«This is an authentic cottage with all the amenities you might need for a great weekend stay near Plum Island. The host was responsive and timely in messaging and made us feel welcome. All the necessary items were there and we really liked the cozy beach vibe and skylights that made the main area bright. E would definitely love to return and stay longer. »

«We stayed here for one night and we loved it. It’s at a great location. Close to Newburyport center where all the stores and restaurants are. We arrived late so we did not get a chance to experience the restaurant they have at the facility. The room was beautiful and very clean. Everything was provided. Loved the coastal decor vibe. Easy to check in with a code after 5pm. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.»

«Having a restaurant, as well as a small lounge, onsite was a big plus. Very convenient location on the edge of town, close to a main route to Mass and Maine along with interior NH. The only thing that I would consider a negative comes with a caveat. The older gentleman that checked me in was very amiable and welcoming, but it took me almost 35 minutes to check-in. «The short review is that the accommodations aren't worth the price, in my opinion. I've stayed in hotels with better amenities for closer to $100, but paid over $250 for our stay. The long review: PROS -Good view of the ocean. This is probably the best part of the hotel, and it's across the street from the walking path along the beach. It was on a rocky part of the beach, so not an area to swim in, but it was in decent walking distance to areas of the beach you could swim in. If this is your ...
