«Where to start? This stay was frustrating from beginning to end. The website lists the wrong address, so GPS takes you to an abandoned hotel nearby. Only after some confusion did we figure out the actual property was over a hill. It's also listed under a completely different name than what we booked, which doesn't help. At check-in, the front desk staff rushed through everything, spoke too fast to follow, and ended up charging my credit card twice despite a prepaid online booking. The room ...
