«The place was great for visiting NY to see the Christmas lights and shows. Took public transportation from Newark airport which dropped us off at North Elizabeth station & we walked from there. Choice between bus & rail to get to New York City - bus stop was closer. Allow time for traffic especially if you have show tickets on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. One small suggestion would be regarding the heating — it didn’t seem to work very effectively, as cool air was still coming in despite adjustments to full heat. "Centrally placed hotel near Wall Steet. They gave us a smaller room than booked. It was not possible to take elevator from 16th floor as they had repair but they never mentioned this when they checked in. The room also had issue with heating/airconditioning. SOme of the front desk staff were rude when we complained. "
