«My two boys, age 12 and 14, husband and in-laws rented this house for 6 days. Great house, and good communication with Franco. Location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and a park close by. Tennis rackets in the house, and several tennis courts in the park, just a couple of minutes to. Back yard was perfect. A big jacuzzi, sun beds, sitting group where we had breakfast and dinner and a barbecue. I recommend this house.»

«Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.»

«We stayed at Shaahin’s house for 9 nights during March break 2025. First of all, great location. Short drive to Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney, Marina Del Ray and Santa Monica. Also it only took about 15 min to/from LAX. Even the drive to Disney was only about 45-50 min in rush hour. I was a bit doubtful about the claim that we could easily find street parking directly outside the house (I’m from Toronto where that doesn’t happen). BUT we did park directly outside each day or at most one house ...

«A very nice house in a nice part of the city. Contact with the owner goes very smoothly. There are bikes to ride around. Shops, restaurants also. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach in Santa Monica.»

«Very nice accommodation for a four-person family. It has a cozy feel, and is quite comfortable. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with no traffic, and is near all the places to go in the area. Loved the enclosed patio area for morning coffee. The host was very helpful with restaurant recommendations in the area, and his communication was excellent. Only one bedroom has A/C, but the ceiling fan did a good job of keeping the room cool.»
