«We truely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The ladies at the reception desk were very sweet and helpful. Our studio apartment was nice, spacious, and well equipped. Pool and exercise room was basic, clean, and well kept. Walking distance from city center. Breakfast however, was horrible. Very few healthy choices, egg powder products and dry sausage. No fruit or whole grain. Overall a nice hotel, well worth the price. However, you might want to plan breakfast at one of the cozy nearby cafes. »

«The hotel had a great luggage cabinet to lay out our luggage, there were plenty of plugs and usb ports. The coffee machine afforded hot drinks all hours and the fitness center had a great assortment of equipment.»

«Hotel was clean and cutely decorated. This wheel chair access room was easy to get into, however the shower was not wheelchair friendly. It has the potential, but the entrance into the shower forces you to walk/maneuver around the sink & does not allow for the wheelchair to enter the shower and drop you at the shower chair. On that note, a larger walking person also would not be able to enter the shower easily. The bed was comfortable and checking in late was easy. Parking was as accessable as ...

«Wonderful Inn! Beautiful room off a quiet little terrace. Everyone so accommodating and friendly. We had our 6 yo lab with us. The cute park across the street was perfect for walks. Wish we had more time to sit by the pool!»

«Parking is very convenient in a crowded part of the city with limited parking. It's free and in the basement. Not a lover of the decor, but that's a personal choice and has nothing to do with the overall function of the hotel. My biggest complaint is the odd choice of their room doors. They are extremely heavy and have a spring action shut to them that makes them slam automatically, causing a huge "bang" all through the hall even if you try to close the door quietly. Not sure why it has to be so ...

«Brand new. Excellent location at UVA. Only downside- no valet parking. You have to park in parking garage behind hotel & enter in a back entrance.»

«The hotel is a very nice facility that is well located. Great rooftop restaurant and bar and adjoining coffee shop. My only issue is that the model is unclear: it’s got a high-end look but attempts to have a hands-off, all online check-in experience. It’s unclear if the people on the lobby are empowered front desk staff or security personnel. »

«no door between the bathroom sink and the bedroom. the sheets were too big and kept on folding. the comforter / duvet was very thin and did not have a proper cover, just loose sheets over and under. Very uncomfortable, and cold. Certainly not first class bed linen as advertised. For breakfast, the eggs were sometimes mixed with meat and onions. I am allergic to onions and asked if it was possible to get gets without onions, but was told this was not possible.»
