I paid to have to premium king balcony room. Looked nothing like the pictures did online. Walked in and the room was 58 degrees (January 31) and didnt get past 64 degrees by check out.
I understand a winter storm came a week before, but we couldn't even open the door for balcony we paid for. There was no communication or updates regarding this. So pretty disappointing when it is supposed to be a "luxury" hotel.
The remote management team did not try to even help the situation. Kinda like having a group of people manage something and they dont know customer service. Now, the manager that was on site, he actually tried to make things better. I give him that. But the actual management team is horrible
This was supposed to be something special for my wife since I'm gone all the time due to career and was completely disappointed by this.
