«The host was very responsive. The home was clean and well maintained. We had some issues with the heat and hot water, but the host was responsive regarding our concern. Some suggestions include adding hooks on the back of doors in the bathrooms and rooms and stocking the kitchen with some scissors. Overall a great stay!! Thank you!!»

«Clean, but there were other issues and expectations that were not met. No hot water was the second issue that we dealt with. Host would not pick up phone, did not answer text of voice messages until we spoke directly to VRBO. At the end, not what we preferred, but had to leave premises because the issue was not attempted to get resolved. About 9:30 that night, the 8 guest had to find somewhere to stay.»
