«I chose this place at the very last minute. It was all that I expected and wanted and more: two bedrooms with three beds, a comfortable living space, two full bathrooms, kitchen with all the basic necessities, TV in each bedroom and in the living room, a dining table and chairs, an outside porch with table, a big open space, and grill, easy parking and access, quiet, .and access to two pools. «Coziest, most welcoming place we have ever stayed. Beds were comfy, couch perfect for movie watching by the fireplace! Playing Ms. Pac-Man was such a blast from the past. All the little extras, from the toiletries to the s’mores supplies made our stay unforgettable. Jacob (our dog) loved watching the animals from the window and walking the Corkscrew Rail Trail. Dillon provided the best recommendations for food and fun. Norte Azul is an absolute must. The crispy chicken empanadas was amazing. ...

«Great location. Up to date amenities in the kitchen and bath. Nice common area. The kids room had bunks as described. Communication with the host was good. It’s a cute place. A few things to note that affected my enjoyment. There are missing curtains/blinds in the common area where the pull out couch is located. You will not have privacy from surrounding buildings and condos seeing in your windows or the sun waking you up at 7am. There is NOT a King size bed in the master. It’s a double bed and ...

«Our stay was beautiful! The check in process was super easy and the building was easy to access. The apartment was very clean and it was a lovely stay.»

«When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell of stale air, dust, and dampness. Many areas were dusty, and the kitchen utensils were incredibly dirty—we couldn’t even touch them. The bathroom was old, the water pressure was very low, and the sink was clogged. The bed was uncomfortable, with one side sunken in. The sheets and pillows did not seem to have been washed, and the duvet was thrown inside the closet. We could not spend any time in the room at all and only came back to sleep.»

«Very nice. A few suggestions:- A higher end coffee maker would go a long way, or a latte machine. - Needs a toaster- Instructions on how to work the shower. We could only get the primary shower to work- A table and chairs (for eating a meal) would be good. Otherwise very comfortable and clean, and great location! »

«We were staying in N. Adams for an event at MassMOCA. This property was in walking distance. The STEEP hill on the way home provided some nice exercise.This property is in a neighborhood that consists almost exclusively of houses that either need a great deal of care or that are currently being renovated. «Nice place to hang your hat! Checking in was easy, just a keypad. Kitchen has all the amenities you need for basic cooking, bathroom includes a long bathtub for a relaxing soak. It’s also across the street from an ice cream place! My only (very minor) con was that kids were playing loudly most of day, so not exactly a remote/quiet getaway, but hey, kids will be kids and I was off enjoying meals & hiking most of the day anyway. Would recommend!»
