«Clean one bedroom apt. Nice neighbors in the building. Note that you won’t get your checkin info until 30 minutes prior to check in. It’s a third floor walk-up, but easy. Bed comfy. Nice amenities. «Our stay at the Kasa South Side was good. Not fantastic - but pretty good! Pls read to the end to get our full input... We had a bunch of issues that were pretty irritating (pull-out bed was not usable... it was ONLY springs and there were no sheets; thermostat was hard to figure out... it was missing the cover with instructions; the parking/entering building was confusing upon arrival & the parking lot was on the complete opposite end of the building from our Kasa; only one set of elevators ...

«While understanding this was a new property host I know trial and error might need to be considered. In saying this, the bed was broken! it was late, we didn't have time to address it with the host, and we were running a marathon the next day. My partner (average sized man)simply sat on the bed and a big crack followed. The already uncomfortable bed was completely sagging rendering it unable for two people to sleep on. I had to lay diagonal to avoid the sagging area and my partner was stuck ...

«This place was really cute! There's even access to a private garage for $20/night. My only slight criticism is the beds could be more comfortable with a soft mattress topper and 4 full size pillows per queen bed»

«We were in Pittsburgh for Pitt's graduation. We were so lucky that we rented this place. Having 2 very spacious bedrooms was the best. The entire place was incredibly clean! Our favorite was sitting on the front porch just relaxing. AND we managed to park both of our cars directly in front of the property. We will definitely rent again.»

«We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. My husband and I were taking our son to his first Steelers game and this was within walking distance to the stadium and other downtown restaurants and bars. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for the 3 of us. The valet was an added plus.»

Location was nice located across the street from a dollar general incase you needed to grab any last minute items. The Pitt campus, shopping and restaurants all within 15 minute drive. «This is a nice rental unit. Plenty of room with a large living area and two bedrooms. The best part was the location in East Liberty. We did so many things which were a walk or short drive away. I highly recommend Margaux for breakfast or lunch, a 12 minute walk away!»
