This was a carefree Sunday through Tuesday. It was a short walk to the beach (across a quiet driveway). Everything I wanted to do was within about one mile. I walked everywhere and didn’t move my vehicle until I checked out. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel room was decent as well with the pool and jacuzzi area however, the staff and service could have been better. The staff gave us the wrong room and didn’t notify us till later and still had to leave after being settled in. It was a little disappointing and the people next to us were so noisy till almost 3 in the morning.

I am getting charges to my account which I didn’t do any transaction with the hotel because I pre booked and paid thru e pediatric. The 50 dollars on hold for incidences was also processed despite I was told it will be reversed since I did not use anything. It is very disturbing because I was told at check out that receipts will be processed by Expedia only when I checked out because there were no charges incurred for my one night stay. So I’m very upset about yhis

The best part about this property was location. You could walk anywhere easily. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Pismo Beach.

My room was not that clean for the money I paid, it was smashed jelly on the side of the bed and floor look like it has been there for awhile. Every time we went to sit or get on the bed it sled away with us almost falling to the floor. Fridge and microwave also need stability falls forward everytime you open it. The coffee and juice and sweets was nice but I am Diabetic so it was nothing there I could enjoy.

Proximity to the beach and ocean, pier, and restaurants. A bit dated, but perfectly fine and very clean. The price reflected this as well. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice gesture, with the juices and fruit being the nicest part. A group of motorcyclists also staying. Great people, just a little noisy when they were coming and going. No problems otherwise though. Thank you for a nice stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. the staff was very nice and helpful. It was really nice to have access to the pool and spa. That was a plus for me. There’s stairs off the parking lot that leads right down to the beach it’s so convenient everything is walking distance basically five minutes max on foot to get to the downtown area. If you are looking for a nice basic hotel room this place is perfect it worked well for us. I will definitely be booking here again for my next trip.

Hotel sito a circa 400 metri dal centro, pontile per passeggio. La struttura si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia che è raggiungibile con una scalinata. Piscina piccola con vetro di copertura laterali.La camera assegnata al piano terra pulita e piacevole. La colazione non mi è piaciuta. A disposizione le solite bevande calde, 2 tipi di succhi di frutta, mele ed arance e dentro un sacchetto di carta 2 muffin ed una barretta. Colazione da consumare in camera o dove si vuole. Troppo poco.

Staff was fantastic, however this is an outdated motel that needs to be refurbished. The walls are very thin so most conversations from the room next door as well as from the parking lot are easily heard!

I’ve never stayed at this property before, but I definitely will be again. Really appreciated thy they let us check in early due to the rain. We also got a free upgrade in room. Very close to everything. Room was very comfortable and clean. Looking forward to our next visit.
