«Lovely hotel in the heard of Windsor overlooking both the river and castle. Themed decor for the winter season, cosy rooms with lovely beds and shower. Breakfast in the mornings was also lovely and very scenic. Highly recommended place to stay when visiting a beautiful part of England. »

«From initial pre-stay phone call through registration to finally checking out, the staff were helpful, informative and friendly. None of our questions and requests were of any problem to the staff, to which they responded promptly and professionally. The room was beautifully presented and the bathroom huge with separate walk-in shower and bath. I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at this magnificent hotel to any friend, relative or casual reader of this review.

«Great Room and location, but disappointed that a 4 star hotel did not provide bottled water in the room, coffee cups was not cleaned/replaced during daily cleaning and not impressed by the breakfast buffet and taste/quality of the orange juice»
