"Home needs some better up keep. We noticed black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, many utility plugs needed to be fixed. We found the beds to be uncomfortable and would be a good point of improvement. The room was spacious and the host communicated well and was timely. "Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. "

"Great hotel, close within walking distance to visit the tower. The hotel has been recently swapped hands. The hotel was great for the pool after a busy hot day. We are in the restaurant bith nights we stayed. The food was something else! The chef should have a Michelin star for the quality of the food served. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is undergoing a refresh but I wouldn't let you stop you staying there as you hardly notice any noise from the refit. I would honestly stay there again plus it's close to PIsa airport too for convenience."
