«This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.»

«Can we just put our card on file for this location EVERYTIME we visit Houston!! The host was very nice when I called her before check-in. Yes I was able to call her which means a lot because before finding this location I had a bad experience with no communication from the host which made me feel uncomfortable with my reservations. «This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped ...

«The owners communicated very clear instructions, made their selves available which was not needed. this is a very nice, clean place to stay with the most amazing rooftop patio which we took advantage of almost every night. it is in close proximity of the George R.
