«The rooms and property were not very clean. Our room upon check in the bathroom floors were not very clean spots everywhere and was very dusty. Daily cleaning was trash removal and bed made, did not look vacuumed. Halls leading up to the rooms also did not look vacuumed. Some of the pool staff were rude.»
