«The host prepared very well. An amazing amount of things that we might need to know (although not our first rodeo on VRBO/ARB places) were clearly (and nicely) labeled. A LOT of help to figure things out, although a lot that would seem obvious. The house met or exceeded our expectations. It was more ADA friendly than we planned for. «Upon first viewing images of this property I couldn't believe how nice this place looked in the profile. On the day of arrival this place was as described and more. We stayed the weekend for a basketball tournament and our boys and other parents were grateful having stayed here than a cookie cutter hotel room. Location - convenient to ALL you need. «This place is clearly operated on the absolute bare minimum they can get away with. First off, terrible ant problem. I don’t believe they have regular pest control abatement they claim as I grew up in this area my entire life and never had anything close to this issue. The ants infested a makeup bag which was left on the counter and our toothbrushes, which we had to throw away.
