«This charming and extremely spacious property was perfect for us...the views cant be beat and the location was perfect. In a quiet neighborhood, but easy drive to everything. The house was very clean and the kitchen very well stocked. We went to the grocery 10 minutes away and had both wonderful dinners and breakfasts. I would absolutely come here again, and we were sad to leave this lovely home. The owner was very quick to respond to every question, and so welcoming. »

«Nice property in Cordova Bay area - close to the #17 highway and good for quick access to other parts of Victoria. Room is large and bathroom is a good size. Bed was comfortable and shower was great!. We had access to the kitchen and a shelf for our food in the fridge. Host was quiet/pleasant. There are 3 units in the house. Parking was decent on the street if the driveway was already occupied. On the 2nd night we were able to charge our car.»

«The room was excellent. Our only minor inconvenience was that the room was quite warm. The provided fan was helpful but a little ac would have been a wonderful addition. Great parking and easy to get to. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if the opportunity presents itself.»

«Stayed there in August 2026. Two adults, one kid. Property was clean and comfortable. Beautiful area on a hill. We did not have enough bedding and towels but host provided them immediately after request. Host was very friendly and responsive. Experience was positive overall. We would definitely recommend this place.»

«While I loved the location and the amenities, I was surprised to learn it is a 2 bedroom suite with each room is rented separately. Fortunately the other room wasn't rented out but I find disingenuous to describe the space as private. The bedroom doors are feet apart, and it is likely you are sharing a 2 bedroom suite with strangers.»

«I chose this property because the posting said that there was a hot tub. There was no hot tub. I wouldn’t have chosen it if I had known this. It must be near a hospital because four times sirens blared loudly for a long time into the night»
