«We had a renovated room and it was spectacular! Michael called ahead of time telling us our room was ready to check in. When we arrived Michael was waiting for us and was very friendly. Our room was spotless and beautiful. We had a view of the ocean and the balcony made that view amazing. The motel is right down the street from the marina. There's plenty of coffee shops and pubs within steps of the motel. There is laundry on site and plenty of parking in the back lot. I will definitely stay here ...

«The room was almost as fantastic as the hosts! Had such a brief but lovely stay here and would definitely come back. They make you feel right at home, the room is comfortable, clean, and has everything you'd need for an overnight trip. Highly recommend!»

«The room was clean. The location was surprisingly quiet. I noted some small areas of easily fixable damage to baseboards and edges of lower cabinetry which if repaired would extend the life of the millwork. Staff I interacted with were polite and helpful.»

«This was good hotel stay. Although an older building, it is well maintained and has been updated. The location is central. I like to use local mass transit and there's bus stop in front of the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The first night I couldn't get the hot water working. Jeffery came straightway and showed me how to work it properly. Like I said it was a good stay.»

«We love the Latch for so many reasons! Location = quiet (heard owls early this morning). History = it’s a unique structure and story. Hospitality = by FAR the best breakfast you will ever have included in your stay. Eggs Benny or omelet, the freshest, sweetest fruit, high quality bacon. The STAFF, go above and beyond in every way. And to top it all off, pets are welcome, a small dog park is nearby. Our dog gets pretty excited when she sees we are going to the Latch! »
