Our 3 bedroom/2 bath home is perfect for families (and those with young children) or those that want to be close to several outdoor activities. The space
Located in a quiet, residential area surrounded by hills and breathtaking views, our home is nestled right next to a walking path so you can enjoy Arizona’s beautiful nature while hiking, running, or biking. The home is within a 5–10-minute driving distance of groceries, pharmacy, shops, Starbucks, and restaurants and is handicap accessible. It is tastefully decorated and has a very open floor plan.



The spacious living room has plenty of seating with a stylish sectional to enjoy socializing or watching TV on the large, 65 in. wall-mounted Smart TV. The living room also features a foosball table and plenty of games to entertain the entire family. There's an updated eat-in kitchen and breakfast bar with enough seating for 10 with a walkout to the backyard. It has a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, hand mixer, etc. We also provide a highchair, children's plates, cups, and utensils. This kitchen is fully outfitted with quality flatware, dishes, towels, and serving supplies.



The master bedroom boasts a beautiful king-sized platform bed, a large flat 55 in. smart TV, a huge walk-in closet, and a private sliding door to the backyard. It is connected directly to an on-suite with a large tub perfect for a nice relaxing bubble bath. There is a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds. There is also a queen-sized air mattress that can be used in the living room for 2 additional guests and a pack-and-play. Plus we offer 2 pillows per person on each bed! Free wi-fi internet and all utilities included. The guest bathroom has a large shower with plenty of thick, fluffy towels on hand.



Enjoy the fresh desert air from your private outdoor patio, equipped with a propane barbecue, 6-person patio set, and string outdoor lights perfect for entertaining. Enjoy additional perks including a laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and storage.



Marzena (who goes by MJ) is usually available for anything else you may need to make your stay more comfortable. A major foodie and a mother of a toddler, she is great about giving advice on great places to check out in the Valley.



Fountain Hills is known for its impressive fountain, once the tallest in the world. It borders the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, and Scottsdale and as you drive through the town, you are surrounded by breath-taking mountain views of Red Rock Mountain, Four Peaks Mountain, McDowell Mountain, and the mysterious Superstition Mountains. There is also plenty to do with festivals and concerts throughout the year, five world-class golf courses, hiking through the McDowell Mountain Reserve and Tonto Verde Forest, fishing and boating on Saguaro Lake, and shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square.

Guest access
Guests have access to the home to themselves throughout the stay. There are no shared spaces at this home.

Home is to be occupied by registered guests only unless otherwise permitted by the host.

- Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM nightly. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and loud partying will not be tolerated in any way. We expect guests to respect the neighbors and treat the home as their own. We welcome you to have as much fun as you want but please just be respectful. If this rule is broken, you will be asked to leave.

Pets are allowed on an approved basis. You must get permission to bring a pet and a pet fee of $150 applies for extra cleaning.
