«This room in this home is basically a two season rental - spring or fall. This room does not have air conditioning. It was so hot during our July visit we couldn't stay the second night of our two-night visit. The squeeky broken ceiling fan did nothing to make it better. Other visitors have mentioned it was cold during their visit. There is no thermostat for the heat so you are relying on a remote thermostat somewhere else in the house to control the baseboard radiators. The location was ...

«I absolutely LOVED staying here and wished we had booked a longer stay! The cottage was so sweet and nice. It was exceptionally clean. The couch was wonderful and the TV was great. Parking was easy and the cottage was easy to find. It also had a great location. Kitchen was also nice. I loved the upstairs bedroom. The bed and pillows were so comfy! «Great location - neighborhood had lots of great, paved walking trails and it was close to downtown Brunswick. The beds were very comfortable and appreciated the pet-friendly home and fenced in yard. The back yard however, needed serious cleaning up of dog poop from previous renters. There was A LOT and we spent the first hour cleaning up the mess. This should always be checked prior to rentals. Otherwise, a fine experience.»

«What can I say about my stay; peaceful, beautiful views, and relaxing! Home was clean with modern finishes but super comfortable for my four guests. The downstairs area is very private from the main floor. The yard was a great space where we had our outdoor fire looking up at the stars at night. The deck was perfect for our family lunch and dinners. We took chairs down to the beach area to sit closer to the water which was perfect. It's super close to town, Wolfe's Neck and other amenities. ...

«We spent three nights at this location, which is just a short walk from the commercial area of Boothbay Harbor. In addition to restaurants in town it is only minutes away from Robinson's Wharf, which had some of the best food we experienced in 14 days of travel - definitely the best lobster. The house was as advertised and suited our needs well.»
