«Host was very good. Property was excellent. Kids loved functional cubby house with three beds. Property was clean plenty of space, beds and linen to fit total of 12. One area of improvement for dishes rather than requesting to clean,dry and put it away. It should be like stack it in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle. As it was very hectic for us to put the dishes away etc with kids.»

«Home was comfortable, made so with the dishwasher, good reverse cycle heating and smart tv, however the wooden steps at front and side had no hand rails and with the foggy mornings the steps were very slippery. Very easy to fall and fracture a hip from side steps onto concrete drive if elderly, like we both are.»

«We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.»

«Good for a stay, decking you need to go outside to get to and the stairs are in need of repair. Has fireplace, need to bring own wood and clean out after. Has a large yard so would be good for summer with kids. Steep driveway and can miss it if not looking for it - use google maps. My only issue is the controller to the tv needs replacing as the battery would die within 20 mins off charging cable.»

«This house was easy to find, walking distance to the beach, shops and supermarkets, and within 10 minutes to a lot of the attractions on Phillip Island. House was exceptionally clean and good for a small to medium family (4 bedrooms, sleeps 10 comfortably).»

«High recommend, very nice property. Feedback is that the lock box is in an awkward low position, especially when raining. There were no baking dishes/trays for the oven and only one standard sized and one small frying pan. The only tray available was the large slide tray similar to the racks. It was hard to keep food warm while trying to cook a family of 6 adults and 2 babies,»

«It was a good stay, we enjoyed it thoroughly. The property is very nostalgic for those who are from the 80s. May be quite a surprise for the new gen kids, but a good opportunity to explain of the age before the internet revolution. The room up the attic was a thrill for the kids.»

If I realised it was the same villa I would not have booked.On entry the villa still had the same bad smell and as we looked around you could see why.
