«Our room was very clean and had all the amenities we expected, and the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our main complaint, which is not really the fault of current management but of whoever decided to build the hotel in that location, is that it was very noisy and I slept little. The hotel is sandwiched between I95 (which runs elevated directly behind the hotel) and Christopher Columbus Blvd directly in front, with the Ben Franklin Bridge practically overhead. «The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a great wine bar. The room was quaint and cute. Some picky items: the AC clicked on and off all night, the mattress could use an upgrade, there could be better pillows. Would still stay there again. Great location and we appreciate a quaint boutique hotel. »

«I had a mixup with reservation dates at Marriott and they said they were sold out. I had to search for another place to stay and came across Normandy with Reasonable reviews at a Reasonable price. I was shocked by the amenities for the price. I would have paid double the price for a place as nice as Normandy. Clean, rooms look like brand new. Nice smell when you walk in the room. Double Thumbs up.»
