«Our second stay here in the course of a week and this time wasn’t great. The TV’s in our suite didn’t work and after mentioning this to the front desk which I had to go downstairs to speak with because our phone also didn’t work…no one ever came to fix it although I was told they would! I ended up unplugging and figuring it out for the living room tv. Bedroom tv never worked at all! Besides this tv issue, the hotel is clean, other staff were super nice and helpful! It’s equipped like a home ...

«Valueable and nice hotel. A bit difficult to find for taxidriver, because of change of name on the street. You don`t find Polett Walk on the GPS. Breakfast is included. The hotel is safe located on the University campus, but outside the campus I would not be walking late in the night. Short way to the Metro which takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes. I would stay there again.»

«Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login).
Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags). ...

«I won't return. We spent 2 out of a 3-day stay in a room covered in dog hair. Communication between management and cleaning staff is not great here. The staff themselves are very nice and accommodating, but this is not a hotel. It feels more like a trendy loft space run by a company that has not fully found its stride.
Main issues:
* Room covered in dog hair for most of the stay
* Poor communication between management and cleaning staff
* Glitter all over the floors and elevators
* Loud music ...

«DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. »

«Hotel was nice and was convenient to access public transportation. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Customer service could have been a little better with friendlier check-in hostess. Specific example is when i picked up my luggage since i could not check in early, they just handed it to me with no verbal acknowledgement or courtesy.»
