«This row house was perfect for our stay in Philly. Everything was straight forward and clear, in terms of checkin - we had no problem finding the property and getting settled. There were plenty of extra sheets and pillows. The second bedroom contains a pullout futon that takes up most of the space; and there's a third floor with a very comfy couch and alot more space. We had a couple of great meals at the nearby Front Street Cafe; and ordered yummy pizza via Uber Eats for dinner one evening. ...

The only down fall was the parking (no fault of the host) it took us over 20 minutes to find a spot. Only negative of the house is it’s very bright. There’s no curtains to help at night. «Property is listed as new, its anything but that. Everything is from scratch and dent places,bedding was so nasty and contacted host, who told me to contact vrbo. That was a disaster, they gave us back 65 cleaning fee. Wasn't even a place to wash the bed sheets at. Save your money and book a nicer place. Don't even get me started on the parking situation in this area, drive around for an hour before we could find a spot to park. Bedroom doors dont shut or lock, my kids put a chair and broom up ...

"Great room. Lots of space. Good location in downtown Philadelphia. Nice service and very convenient with a room with washing machines for clothes. Also dryer there, and free soap in the reception. The breakfast was a disapointment. I bought food outside instead."
