«The host was a bit grumpy. Two bath towels provided for 8 days for two people. No bath soap, shampoo, which became a non-issue because even I, at 5'2", 105 pounds, didn't fit in the bagno, itself accessible by several sets of stairs. My husband at 6'3," 200 lbs, literally gave up and used the McDonald's bagno 20 min. away. It was well-located as a base of operations, with a beautiful view of the Umbrian countryside. No coffee pot. »

«Everything was as expected except the property was so much nicer than even the photos. Valentina is a wonderful host snd communicates well in English. We found the slightly out of town location very convenient. The Nero Gatto restsurant literal l y around the corner (1 mile) was a pleasant surprise. Wonderful menu and great service. Food was delicious. Highly recommend if you don't want to go all the way into Perugia.»

«The apartment is walking distance from the train station. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes, depending upon your walking speed and the luggage you are transporting. The location of the apartment is excellent for exploring the inner part of the city. The Italians count street level as "0".
