Lakeside paradise awaits you at this exceptional three-story home. Situated just steps from the water on the exclusive East Bluff of Keuka Lake, Prop Point promises an unforgettable Finger Lakes vacation!

The first-floor entry welcomes you with an open floorplan and large lake facing picture windows. The cool blue waves of Keuka Lake will have you mesmerized within a moments time. The perfect blend of warm and cool neutral, decorative tones are scattered about the open floor plan.

Tall cabinets accentuate the height of the kitchen walls while the deep granite counter tops offer ample space for prepping meals. A beautiful wooden dining table overlooks the lake and makes you feel as though you’re dining alfresco. The formal living area continues these same lake views and adds the warmth of a gas fireplace for those chilly evenings.

Throughout the house, four bedrooms designed with relaxation and comfort have been styled for your vacation pleasure. Choose the bedroom perfect for you and rest up while staying at your new “home away from home.”

The finished, lower level contains a cozy family room with large TV. Glass doors give you direct access to the lower-level patio overlooking the lake. This space is perfect for outdoor dining and lounging.

The lakefront features a surpassingly beautiful landscaped area and gradual entry into the lake. Enjoy watching your children play from one of the perfectly placed Adirondack chairs. Sunbathe, fish off the dock, swimming in the crystal clean water, or making the biggest splash jumping into Keuka Lake, fun is endless….

Prop Point is located only a few miles from the town of Penn Yan, where you will find unique shops on Main Street, plenty of dining, locally famous Seneca Farms, and the Windmill Farmers Market. Award winning wineries like Hunt Country Vineyards and Stever Hill Vineyards and Yates Cellars are within minutes from this Keuka Lake gem. This is the perfect getaway for your next family vacation or couple’s weekend.

Loved our entire stay. So pretty. No reason to leave but we did tent a boat for one afternoon. Fishing from the dock was lots of fun. We caught 5 different species. Auntie and a nest were glorious. HopeTo come back sometime soon.

The house was immaculate and matched the listing. Very spacious and well equipped. We like to cook and used the kitchen extensively and found it very well equipped. We tied up our rental pontoon boat at the dock. Had no issues and a lovely week.

Prop Point is a special place - the perfect home for a quiet getaway where we could relax and restore. Daisy is a phenomenal host - always available to answer questions. The property is plenty spacious and well stocked. The outside decks, dock, swim platform, and fire ring were the sites for many forever memories. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful property! The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need - everything was clearly labeled and organized which made things even easier to find. The dock was awesome and the beach access was perfect for the kids to play around in the water. Plenty of room for parking and easy access to the house to carry all our gear in. Family Lake Vacation

We had a wonderful stay here at the lake. The layout of the house was nice and allowed for private space. The outdoor area was perfect and we enjoyed swimming and canoeing and s’mores around the campfire. Still being a little early in the season, the lake was not too busy and there was no noise from the very quiet road and neighborhood. The house is very clean and the kitchen was a joy to cook in. The only disappointment was that the kayak was missing its paddle and the grill was dirty and we had to clean it before using.Otherwise a perfect place for a family vacation that we would love to return to.

Amazing stay

We greatly enjoyed Prop Point - the house was beautiful, well cared for, good quality furniture. Back decks, yard, and dock are equally beautiful and well cared for. Daisy the owner responded immediately to any questions. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen (good quality pots, pans, dishes) as we've rented houses where that was an issue. Neighbors were very quiet too (although we went before the summer season kicked in). Location in the Finger Lakes is stunning.

Beautiful lake house

We were a group of cousins, in our 60’s and 70’s, some were never in the Finger Lakes. We all fell in love with this house ! We had plenty of room. It was fun visiting the wineries and breweries, then we came back and cooked dinner . I booked this house and they all thanked me for finding it ! It was very clean and well stocked. Would love to come back some day , thank you !

Excellent location for a long weekend getaway

Myself, my husband, and four of our friends plus an infant stayed at Prop Point for a long weekend. The property was perfect for three couples to spend time together and apart, relax, and unwind. We explored a couple of nearby vineyards, cooked for ourselves, and made use of the fire pit every night. We absolutely loved the stay. We found the property to be very accommodating and comfortable. Daisy was very responsive with information about checking in leading up to our stay. If and when we venture into the area again, we will definitely look to stay here!

Gem in the Finger Lake Region

The property is located in one of the best spots on the water in Keuka Lake. The house is extremely well equipped with everything for a enjoyable stay. Not only has the owner Daisy has thought of your every need, she has put top of the the line quality appliances and furnishing. We were 4 couples and the house was very comfortable and had zero complaints but for the weather :-). The host was very responsive and prompt. One of the best places we have stayed at.

Perfect September weekend

Phenomenal property with gorgeous views and so much room to spread out. The multiple decks and docks gave us so many ways to enjoy the lake view. We swam and kayaked and visited local wineries- there were so many lovely ones! Took a short trip to Watkin’s Glen which was spectacular. Making s’mores over the campfire and watching the moonrise over Keuka Lake was a highlight. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a lakefront getaway. Cannot wait to come back!

Making Memories

From the time I booked this beautiful home I just knew it was going to be perfect! It was our family’s first time at the Finger Lakes and wow this house did not disappoint! It had everything we needed and more! The inside of the home is so adorable and fully stocked with absolutely everything you could need or want. But even better is the views and everything that you have at your fingertips on the outside!! We rented a pontoon boat for the week and got to see many houses and this house has the most incredible dock and outside area you won’t be disappointed!! Our family made so many incredible memories here and hopefully we will plan another trip again soon! Daisy the owner is so helpful with recommendations of local places as well!! great family vacation!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! We spent most of our time on the dock and in the water. The property had a great lake front area that was perfect for the children to swim and play in. The house was well appointed with everything we could possibly need. The home owner was responsive when an issue came up and kept us informed as to its resolution. All was very good!
