«Great house! We had a fantastic weekend!! Thank you so much »

«Everything was wonderful, just a few frustrations but nothing huge. Was planning on using tandem kayaks as advertised because we had small children but they were lost by the previous renters. Also planned on using the pull out couch bed but that was broken and unable to be used. Didn't use the grill because the grate was very rusty and starter button was broken. «The room was really nice and the private bathroom was very big and beautiful. The host was great communicating the check in process and throughout the stay. The room is in the lower floor of the house and the host and family live upstairs. The stairs to get down to the room are just inside the front door of the house. It was a great stay. I was there one night. I would recommend this host/home for sure.»

«Lovely space and situation, unique. Close to the AT, as well.»

«Great property. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We grilled the two nights we were there. The propane tank had enough in it. The instructions said if empty we should fill it up. There wasn’t a gauge on the tank, so it was a gamble and if we ran out the other tank in the closet was empty. It would have ruined our evening. I wish that was taken care of by the property and not put on the guests.»

«A very quiet cul de sac and a babbling brook in the back yard which was absolutely soothing. Street parking was tight but there was a small parking lot available close by. Beds were comfortable (pillows need upgraded though). Kitchen could use a few more plates and bowls. I cooked for 7 people. Towels (rough). A few upgrades and this place would be a five.»
