Welcome to our gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment situated in a luxury beachfront condominium on prime location of Wongamat area surrounded by high class hotels, restaurants, spa's and only 50 meters to the beach.

Water and electricity usage is not included to the current price.
Calculation is made basing on water and electric meters on day of check-in and checkout. Payment should be made in cash on the day of checkout.

Water is 40 baht per unit and electricity is 4.5 baht per unit.

Please be informed that the swimming pool and other common facilities are located in the common area. All the common facilities are controlled and managed by the management company (defects of the common facilities can be fixed only by the management company). We are not responsible for working capacity of any common facilities of the condominium project.
Please be informed that water temperature in the common swimming pool can be different from time to time and it depends on outdoor temperature of the air.

While staying in the apartment guests agree to follow the below mentioned rules, namely:
(1) To keep all floors, floor covering, walls, ceilings, windows, window treatment, doors, furniture, domestic, appliances, and all fixtures and fittings in or on the apartment in good order and clean condition as handed over by the host at the beginning of a staying period.
(2) To use the apartment for dwelling purposes only.
(3) Not to make any alterations or additions to the apartment without prior consent in writing of the host.
(4) Not to assign nor sublet the apartment or any part thereof without prior written consent of the host.
(5) Not to do nor permit to be done on the apartment anything which may be a Nuisance or interference with the quiet enjoyment of the neighbor apartments by their occupants.
(6) Follow all the rules of the condominium.
(7) To keep no pets within the apartment.
