It is a nice 1BR/1Bath apartment located 1km away from Patong Beach. It is located at the southern end of Patong Bay a short walk from the beach and night market. It access to all that Patong has to offer. There are also other beaches and tourist attractions easily accessible from this location. We have super speed wifi for your enjoyment/Netflix/YouTube.

Please be reminded that the swimming pool at this listing is under big repairing, so you must use the swimming pool of neighbour, just 2 mins walk (located next door named The Haven Lagoon Condominium, please see photos).

Standard check in time is 15:00 and check out 11AM.
Early check in or check out can be arranged with the Host subject to availability (please contact Host for the request in advance, not at check-out time please, we do have very good bookings always).
