Hotel from Hell!
Dette skal være det verste hotellet jeg noen gang har benyttet meg av!! Marerittet startet allerede ved innsjekk.. Jeg ankom før min dame, og siden vi ikke kunne sjekke inn samtidig, måtte jeg betale ett tillegg på 750 THB, selv om jeg hadde bestilt og betalt for ett dobbeltrom. Dette hadde de ingen forståelse i resepsjonen, og jeg måtte pent betale dette tillegget. I tillegg måtte jeg betale ett depositum, som i og for seg er normalt, bortsett i fra at dette kun var mulig å betale kontant. Og fra første samtale med de som jobbet der, så var de veldig lite kundevennlige og hjelpsomme. Derimot veldig uhøfflige og rett og slett sure. Selve rommet var greit nok, bortsett i fra hånddukene som var så slitt og fillete, at de burde vært byttet ut for flere år siden. Så skulle jeg ned å spise i restauranten, mens jeg ventet på min dame. Bestilling og mat var bra, men så skulle jeg betale og ville bruke kort. Dette var ikke noe problem, men det måtte gjøres i resepsjonen, og dermed ett nytt møte med det sure og uhøfflige som jobbet der. Og selvfølgelig så virket ikke kortmaskinen, og jeg ble beordret til en ATM for å ta ut penger og betale kontant. Det hele toppet seg ved utsjekk, da de hadde fullstendig kaos i alle papirer og depositumpenger, da en hel stabel havnet på gulvet - komisk ble det hele.... Vår konklusjon er, styr unna dette hotellet og ta heller inn på alle mulige andre hotell i stedet!!!!!!

Hotell til å se på for de som trenger den opplevel
Flott Hotell, stort men upersonlig. Personellet snakker dårlig engelsk og har vanskelig for å forstå hva du spør om. Sykt flott med bar i bassenget, men bassenget var liksom til «pynt» og var kaldt. Stort utvalg til frokost men ingen normal skinke eller ost overhodet. Kun syltetøy og speilegg for pålegg. De startet å pakke ned frokosten lenge før 10:30 som den skulle vare til. For oss var det fint og flott men litt «ubrukelig». Innenfor 10 min har du alle fasiliteter som Bangla og strand. Hyggelige restauranter og barer innenfor 5-10 min å gå.

Everything was has expected. Overall clean, nice pool with sun, bed ok, very good buffet, close to the beach (walking distance). The only thing bad for us was the amount of children (too many, splashy and loud around the pool). But would still definitely go again! :)

Close to Patong central areas. Daily breakfast was terrible - don’t go after 9 (closes 1030) they don’t keep replacing food and limited options. No umbrellas for shade in pool area. Beds are hard as a rock although they did provide a topper when asked. Front reception is terrible - no customer service skills. Spa is not staffed and ready for service had to wait for 30 mins for staff to arrive and then had 3 staff sit in spa talking whilst having massage.

Ein schönes Hotel mit einem relativ großen Pool, auch für Schwimmen geeignet und Whirpoolfunktion. Die Liegemöglichkeiten waren leider nicht so bequem. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, sehr großzügig mit drei Bereichen. Gibt auch Bademäntel im Zimmer. Insgesamt haben wir hier 8 Nächte verbracht und würden wieder kommen. Man muss aber wissen das man immer laufen muss, um irgendwo hinzukommen. Dafür ist es aber ruhig. Das Personal ist super nett! Was uns gestört hat, es hat an einigen Tagen furchtbar nach Urin gestunken im Zimmer. Ob es an der Klimaanlage lag oder an dem Wasser womit gewischt wurde, weiß ich nicht.wir haben dann gelüftet.

Ein schönes Hotel mit großen Familienzimmern und schöner Poolanlage. Leider sind die Liegemöglichkeiten nicht so bequem im Poolbereich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Wünsche und Beanstandungen wurden schnell umgesetzt bzw. behoben. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass Geschirr im Poolbereich teilweise sehr lange liegen geblieben ist, hier was das Personal nicht sehr aufmerksam. Man muss Transportkosten einplanen oder bereit sein zu laufen, wenn man zum Jungceylon oder zur Partymeile möchte. Alles in einem hat aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis absolut gepasst!!

I was really impressed with the staffs, they are very kind and helpful, specially Gun, the manger in the dining room, always very pleasant and ready to help, she really cares about her customers. The staffs in the lobby are also great, very helpful and friendly specially Aldulraman, very friendly guy and very helpful. Overall, I had a great experience at Bauman residence and will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Patong.

Pathetic. Over-priced. Not even a 3 Star.
First of all it is NO WAY A FOUR STAR. I would put it 2.5 Star hotel. Reasons: 1. Bed were pathetically hard. Bedding were thin and poor quality 2. Amenities were mediocre - No coffee maker - No iron, - No microwave - Low quality soap and shampoo 3. Extremely hard and uncomfortable beds to sleep. Got back issues after spending 4 nights. 4. Hotel is noisy and rooms doesn't go dark with so many lights from AC units Service: WORST among all. We reached there at 12 PM. We were told that you will get room only at 2 PM even though they were ready. They made 9 guest waiting till 2 pm to give rooms. Not enough place to sit in lobby. At 2 pm all 9 were now in queue to get rooms which took full 30 min more for us to get keys. Hotel will not consider it late. Deposit was asked in CASH. You have carry your receipt to take refund back. This is only one hotel where I saw this. This is scam. If rooms are not given without cash deposit then why you need to carry receipt till last day to get cash refund.

prisvärt men förvänta dig inget utöver standard
bra läge på hotellet. poolen på bilden har inte många soltimmar då den är byggd på en innergård så låt dig inte luras av det. hade en familje svit, stort och rymligt men rätt gammal standard. hotellets wifi är helt öppet och bland det segaste jag varit med de senaste 20åren.

Have stayed at this property in the past. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Some areas of the property are looking very tired and worn.

Decepcionante
Demorei uma hora para conseguir fazer check-in, e ao chegar no quarto ainda estava em processo de limpeza. Vazava água no banheiro e molhava tudo. Chegava da praia e dos passeios no final da tarde e o meu quarto algumas vezes não estava limpo (tinha dias que nem limpavam). Falta comida no café da manhã, porque é pouca quantidade e tem hóspedes que se servem de 7 pratos com tudo que tinha disponível. O hotel tem potencial, mas tudo é muito mal feito. O quarto é espaçoso e tem uma academia boa para hotel.
