Hoteller nær Paseo de Susana park

«Hotel Staff members are so nice and helpful and friendly :) Thank you so much :)»

«I enjoyed the hotel and lagoon like beach. There were beautiful fish just swimming around my legs, but it was not dredged so it was hard to walk in the water due to many large flat rocks. The water was also very shallow during the day, and ok at high tide. The staff were very helpful.»

«Very nicely beach resort on the beach, with nice rooms, nice pool area and nice beach area. Good variation of restaurants within walking distance. We did not bring kids, but it looks like the hotel has plenty of fun activities for children, including a fun kids’ pool area. The breakfast buffet is excellent.»

«Good-sized rooms, lovely bay views and sunsets, and a decent pool. Unfortunately, the service falls short. Stained bedsheets, limited dining beyond the buffet, difficulties arranging a taxi, and no pool towels one morning. Staff whistled while serving at the small lobby café, while valet staff rested their feet against the wall and seemed more interested in their conversation than helping guests. For a property positioned as Guam’s best hotel, the facilities are decent. The service and ...

«Every night our room smelled like bbq smoke. If you have issues with smell, bad air quality or allergies you will not like how the room smelled like bbq smoke. The staff was polite and we had no other issues with our hotel. We didn’t bring up the minor issue with the hotel staff since we are not sensitive to the smells and or air quality. Everything else was good or excellent.»

«It's in a good location walking distances to restaurants, groceries ATM McDonald's. Friendly staff as well.»

«I stayed in a a Club room, which was great. Club lounge was crowded during cocktail hours from 18:00 to 20:00, but one or two tables was always available. Decent spread of food, including hot chicken, sandwiches, cheese etc. Attentive waiters serving the tables with wine, beer and spirits. I had a minor issue with the room, and made a call noticing the front desk. Assistant manager of rooms, Glenda, promptly responded with sincere apologies, and even offered a free lunch (marvelous lobster roll ...

«They staff are always checking if you need anything. They don't make you wait too long»

«Worth every dollar. I have stayed at this location on and off for over 20 years and I can say the new renovations tremendously improve the rooms and the overall location is generally accessible to many things you want to do in Guam. Tumon has the touristy spots while you are stoned throw from KMart, the mall, and a good steakhouse downstairs. Overall I recommend the location and the price is very reasonable for the room cleanliness and amenities. Only set back was that they didn’t provide any ...
