«⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect.
What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for, ...

«This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story)

«The rooms were a bit outdated, but I would still stay here again. The staff made me feel like I was visiting family! The rooms were clean, the staff were kind and very accommodating. The best part is the location of the hotel to the beach. Felt like I could roll out the bed and be on the beach. We even tried to re-book another visit before we checked out but all the rooms were sold out. No need to look any further, just book the room!»

«The staff was amazing!!! They made everyone feel like a VIP.
The hotel is located in an area of grace bay that is easily accessible to small shops, coffee, etc
The amenities are great and the poolside and beach staff are amazing. A shout out to Jameson who made us feel so welcomed, kept our drinks and food flowing and always made sure we were well taken care of. The buffet breakfast was great as well. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Definitely great for families.»

«There were a few pleasant staff members, but overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing. The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received.
We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe ...

«I feel like everybody who worked at this resort wished they worked anywhere else. Never helpful, we asked the front desk for towels or umbrellas or other help and always felt like we were a bother. Basic amenities like a simple bottle of water weren’t available and the gift shop with expensive water closed at 6. Frankly skip this spot»
