«To start this is located in a dirty neighborhood, not secluded nor is there a comfortable place to sit outside where everyone isn’t just watching what the renters are up to. The fire pit is in poor condition, who knows when the property photos were taken. Don't try to cook-no space-plastic utensils and cutting boards are cracked and shedding, very old dishes, stainless ware, simply trash. Rustic does not describe this situation. Not well stocked by far, S&P shakers disgusting, no other spices, ...

«This was a nice quiet place in the mountains. Not far from Flagstaff and all the shopping and food. This place comfortably fot our family of 5. Would definitely book this place again!»

However, we experienced property management oversight with this rental, such as sink erator/disposal not working, unclean iced up freezer, and the kitchen not stocked-up with essentials, especially if you’d like to cook. The shower/bath tub was clogged (not properly draining), and lacking privacy in the bathroom (no window covering) from the neighbors property.We’ve shared these issues to the host with hopes this brings to his attention, and would ...
