«Loved the location and the size. Very comfortable! I would recommend. Felicia very easy to work with. Had to go out and buy soap as was not part of the toiletries or had just run out perhaps. Outside was not as dog friendly as we thought, openings and small wall and no back yard per se, but very easy to walk them around the neighborhood where those we ran into were very friendly. Small table and chairs would have been nice for games but we brought stools in from the patio and made the counter ...

«Except for the crazy amount of bugs, both dead and alive, which couldn't be helped, it was very clean. The location is perfect for families with children to play in the water beachside. The game room is fantastic, but be aware that it is not attached to the house, its up a full flight of stairs behind the house, preventing supervision of younger members of the group. «This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed.
