«I couldn’t get towels or blankets for day & there were other guests with the same issue. The breakfast buffet ran out of plates & food both days & staff that were working wasn’t trying to help or accommodate me. Guest were up on the 4th floor arguing & fighting at 3/4 am & nothin happened »

«Very clean and honestly very nice staff with great food and drinks. The gym is a good size overlooking the city. Great view. I start my day at the gym watching the sunrise, then grab an excellent buffet breakfast with an omelet bar (egg whites too) with menu items also available. I finish my morning with the hottest shower with a rain head and a separate wand. I feel so ready to hit the day for both work and leisure.
Going out to eat is great, but if you feel like staying in, the atmosphere and ...

«The room was nice and the bed was comfortable but the room smelled like Marijuana really bad. It was so strong and you could tell they just sprayed something to mask the smell. «A big Cockroach in the room at the night. Cleaning is bad, only take trash and the bed, the sofa have clean or vacuum during my stay ( a week). Curtains are broken after first day stay. Location is good but other than that’s it.»

«The lobby and most parts of the rooms were nice & redone, some parts were a shabby like the lamp shades and bathroom vanity and tub were a little beat up. Only one small trash can in bathroom (none elsewhere in the room), no tissues, no lotion, no water in the convenient store downstairs. It was fine for the cost and it was clean with a nice breakfast. I give it a 3.5, but they don't have 1/2 stars.»
