Flott hotell
God beliggenhet, alt i nærheten, eller tilgjengelig via metro. Samtidig ligger hotellet på er rolig område. Smale rommene, litt trang for familie på tre. Men meget rent og pent dekorert. Hyggelig resepsjonspersonalle. Frokost kunne bli bedre for 18 euro per person. Flere ting må påfylles hele tiden, så man må vente enten på brød, eller pålegg, eller bestikker. Generell ser frokosten dekket som et bord med smaksprøver( 3-4 stk med pålegg( ikke type!), 3-4 stk pannekaker , lite ost osv. Masete kjøkkenpersonalet i tillegg til lite plass.

Fornøyd
Kult hotell med kjempegod beliggenhet. Rommet var ganske lite (som de fleste andre hotellrom i Paris), men jeg synes ikke det gjorde noe særlig ettersom planløsningen var god. De ansatte var hyggelige og hjelpsomme, samt at de snakket engelsk godt. Det eneste negative jeg opplevde var at det var litt lytt. Jeg kunne høre støvsuging fra gangen allerede i 9-tiden, noe som kan være en ulempe hvis man ønsker å sove litt lenger. Bortsett fra dette er jeg veldig fornøyd med mitt opphold. Kan godt tenke meg å bo her igjen.

Koselig hotell, like ved Operaen
Et koselig hotell like ved operaen (2. arrondissement) med kort vei til flere Metrostasjoner. Enkelt å ta seg fra CDG med RoissyBus (Euro 10,5 per person) Meget hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening. Bodde på deluxe rom, her var det helt ok med plass for 3 personer. Rommet og badet var pent oppusset i moderne stil.

Koselig lite hotell i Opera området
Helt greitt hotell, men rommet vi fikk var knøttlite (det minste i hele hotellet). Servicen var helt grei. Frokosten var grei. Resepsjonen hadde mangelfulle kunnskaper om restauranter i nærheten, og jeg mener at vi hadde bedre kunnskap enn dem.Sengen var det beste med hele rommet. Har bodd her hele 4 ganger. Vil nok prøve et annet hotell ved neste Paris tur.

Rent rom, men veldig trangt (vi fikk den minste størrelsen på rommene). "Badet" var adskilt med en form for glassvegg og glassdør, kunne i det minste ha satt opp en ordentlig vegg og dør. Heldigvis ingen med reisemage mens vi var der:)

Utmerket beliggenhet, men rar løsning på baderom
Reint og fint hotell. Utmerket beliggenhet ved Operaen. Eneste minus er at badet ikke er ordentlig atskilt fra soverommet, kun med et forheng og glassdører inn til toalettet og dusj.

Hyggelig opphold!
Hotellet er veldig koselig. Det ligger litt tilbaketrukket fra de større veiene så det er stille om nettene. Ikke noe bråk fra trafikk. Servicen var særdeles bra med sjarmerende ansatte som gjorde alt de kunne for å hjelpe med hva det nå enn måtte være. De vi møtte snakket også engelsk veldig bra. Hotellet ligger like ved Operaen og tilhørende t-banestasjon. Det eneste jeg kan trekke ned på er rommene som er veldig små. De er stilige, moderne og rene så det er ingenting å si på det, men de er temmelig små. Badet har noen fancy semi-gjennomsiktige vegger som kanskje kan være litt sjenerende.

I paid for an air conditioned room. The air conditioner never worked. They didn’t switch me to another room. Several of the light fixtures in the room didn’t work.

Small modern cozy hotel, we had a junior suite and it was prefect for us and our 8 years old. Excellent location 5 min away from Opéra and Lafayette Galleria shopping mall, 10 min walk to the Louvre! 5 min walk to the subway station. Stuff is super friendly and helpful.

スタッフさん方の対応がとても良かったです。 事前にExpedia経由でメッセージを送った際も迅速に返信をいただけました。 また、朝ルームキーを預けて、夜に外出先から戻ってきた際も顔を覚えていてくださり、〇〇号室ね、とキーを渡してくださったのがとても印象に残っています。 こちらのホテルは4つ星とのことですが、日本の安いビジネスホテルにですら必ずある、スリッパや歯磨きセット、冷蔵庫（もちろん水も）がありませんので、泊まられる方はお気をつけください。

Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Es liegt so zentral, das man alle Sehenwürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig, da wir ein Zimmer zum Innenhof hatten, der Ausblick auf die andere Hauswand ist nicht schön, aber wir konnten wunderbar schlafen. Das Frühstück war für französische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bei der Anreise konnten wir unser Zimmer ohne Aufpreis bereits um 12.30 Uhr beziehen.

Staff was wonderful and really went out of their way to make it a good experience. Room and property very clean.The only things lacking were 1. Elevator was extremely small - held 1 person and 2 suitcases 2. No food available after breakfast 3. Construction underway and was noisy up to 4pm. Regardless, the staff and cleanliness made the stay a wonderful one.

The reception staff were top notch, they were soo helpful - whenever I needed them. Even helped & brought me an UK/EU adaptor to charge my larger electronics. 10/10 hotel, would recommend.

We stayed at the family room and it was comfortable, spacious and well decorated. The only issue is that there were some ants in one bathroom. Staff attention was excellent.

BE Aware !!!! There are Misleading pictures on the booking page. Unfortunately while booking the photos are of the higher category ! When I was making a reservation there were different categories room . I booked double standard room . On the photo there was lovely spacious room with balcony. Two armchairs . Unfortunately, when I arrived, the room was absolutely nowhere near the standard I was expecting. Definitely not 4 star stanard . I would say more like 2 Star . Small, very small bathroom with sink 25 cm size sink . As per photo I was expecting balcony and street view but got an inner hotel view square with huge machinery buzzing noise !The air conditioning was nit working, I couldn’t open the window as there was a huge noise . Staff at the reception not very friendly! When I spoke to a manager she said when booking, the picture of the room do not correspond with the room standard you receive . The manager blamed expidia for putting a wrong standard room photo which is absolutely lie ! I wouldn’t book this hotel if I would be aware of the standard . Officially——- it is a huge misleading !!! Definitely will not come back and would not recommend to anyone !

We are sorry we couldn't meet yours, as you did a last-minute booking and as the hotel was fully-booked on this Fashion Week period.Regarding the concern about the heating, you never mentioned it to our staff during your one-night stay, and only told us the next day during your check-out. If you had informed us directly, we could have found a solution on time.We are sorry our hotel couldn't meet your expectations, but our 4**** hotel is now open for over 30 years with many loyal guests and is definitely not a 2** hotel as you claimed.We remain at your entire disposal for any further request.Kind Regards

Nous nous devons de vous informer que toutes les superficies exactes de chaque catégorie sont fournies dans les descriptions des chambres, et l'on ne pourrait estimer une superficie en photo.Les ouvrier ne se présentant pas avant 8h30, nous sommes navrés que vous ayez été réveillé si tôt.Nous sommes navrés pour cette panne de Wifi temporaire et l'absence de la chaîne France 2 qui ne nous a pas été signalée lors de votre séjour. We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. They brought our bags up to our room and stored our stroller every day we stayed there. They also had an amazing breakfast to start your day before heading out to sightsee. It was also an amazing location, close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Paris is generally a very walkable city, but being close to everything was very convenient when traveling with a young child. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Room was clean and quiet. Everything we needed to explore Paris as a family for a few days. Location was also convenient and easy to navigate.
