«There was no breakfast at all not even an option. We specifically chose this hotel as my son had a hockey game in the morning and we needed to be able to grab breakfast quick so we actually paid a bit more so that the breakfast was included so it was very un fortunate»

«It was simple and ok. There was a lot of space in the room and the bathtub was very good. The rooms where not very sound proof, so you good hear your neighbours. There was also a lot of people smoking weed in their rooms at the hotel, so the smell was everywhere at times. »

«Great hotel, very good rooms, great staff. Just a bit too far from downtown Toronto. Spacious rooms with fridge, and cooking opportunity.»

«In middle of night fire alarm was set off. We all had to evacuate, fire department showed up then left shorty after, with fire panel still in alarm! Fire devices still beeping in hallway 45mins after that! No explanation was given and no type of compensation or refund offered. When I followed up days later they stated simply don't refund the so called emergency. Even though the fore panel was never reset!»

«If you want to wake up at 2:30am, then at 3:30am with a truck running its engine and beaming its lights into your room then this is your place. At least have black out curtains as opposed to flimsy blinds that don't really do anything. Another idea would be to post a sign on the outside wall that says no idling and turn lights off.»

«We slept here for a few hours between flights. Pros: 1. Better than just staying at airport overnight. We did manage to sleep there. Cons: 1. On their info on hotels.com it says they have a shuttle bus service to the airport. When we went to the shuttle bus area, we saw 5-10 other airport hotel names, not this one. We tried calling the hotel, no one answered. Just an automatic reply that the phone number is not set up to receive voice mail. We ended up taking an uber. 2. It is very run ...

«Nice comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Our AC stopped working in the evening night and from the time the front desk was informed it took them 6 hours to address it and refused to provide us a new room so we could rest while we waited (we were away at a baseball tournament). Requested a cot as we had an extra teenager staying with us and they refused claiming it would not fit with 2 queen beds in room.»
