«Came to this hotel very late at night after a long work trip and the front desk manager was very unpleasant. Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card. To top things off, the sheets and bathroom counter were covered in hair, probably the last guests. The sheets must ...

«It was simple and ok. There was a lot of space in the room and the bathtub was very good. The rooms where not very sound proof, so you good hear your neighbours. There was also a lot of people smoking weed in their rooms at the hotel, so the smell was everywhere at times. »

«We slept here for a few hours between flights. Pros: 1. Better than just staying at airport overnight. We did manage to sleep there. Cons: 1. On their info on hotels.com it says they have a shuttle bus service to the airport. When we went to the shuttle bus area, we saw 5-10 other airport hotel names, not this one. We tried calling the hotel, no one answered. Just an automatic reply that the phone number is not set up to receive voice mail. We ended up taking an uber. 2. It is very run ...

«Great hotel, very good rooms, great staff. Just a bit too far from downtown Toronto. Spacious rooms with fridge, and cooking opportunity.»

«Hotel itself was nice. Fire Alarm went off at 6am didn’t turn off for 10 min. My head was pounding. No announcements what was going on no nothing. Staff is still new forgot to take a deposit for the room then called me and acted like the machine didn’t take it. What a horrible experience for a brand new hotel. I have requested a refund because I still have a headache from the alarms ringing »
