«The building looks very nice on the outside and the lobby is nice but the staff at the front desk wasn’t nice at all. They tried to charge me even though I prepaid and after telling them I prepaid they “did me a favor” and looked into it. The room was dirty - they don’t even use fitted sheets just flat sheets on the cheapest kind of mattress that left even the kids with backaches. I’d never stay there again.»

«it's proximity to Roger's Stadium is the biggest highlight. Room wasn't particularly clean ( pop tab on nightstand, charger left by previous occupant, tub was wet) but it wasn't filthy. Didn't think the stairs were well marked and elevator was very slow. Staff were friendly enough and it was a quiet hotel.»

On their info on hotels.com it says they have a shuttle bus service to the airport. When we went to the shuttle bus area, we saw 5-10 other airport hotel names, not this one.
