«We stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Vaughan for the Post Malone concert and had a fantastic experience. We arrived about three hours before check-in and were pleasantly surprised that our suite was ready right away. Our group of five ladies had plenty of space in the suite with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. «Room was not what was anticipated and a hockey team was flooded the floor and all main areas of the hotel very loud and charged additional clean up charge even after warned that we were doing an engagement surprise and told no worries about it or clean up which I guess was because there was an extra charge I which a heads up would of been nice! The breakfast was okay but nothing special and very over crowded with kids just shoving hands in everything so not very sanitation as no staff ...

«Everything from the room, the staff and the amenities were awesome. We were down there for a concert and had not taken the subway before the staff gave awesome directions that were very precise and impacted our trip a lot Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for anybody attending an event at the Rogers stadium.»

«It was simple and ok. There was a lot of space in the room and the bathtub was very good. The rooms where not very sound proof, so you good hear your neighbours. There was also a lot of people smoking weed in their rooms at the hotel, so the smell was everywhere at times. »

«We slept here for a few hours between flights. Pros: 1. Better than just staying at airport overnight. We did manage to sleep there. Cons: 1. On their info on hotels.com it says they have a shuttle bus service to the airport. When we went to the shuttle bus area, we saw 5-10 other airport hotel names, not this one. We tried calling the hotel, no one answered. Just an automatic reply that the phone number is not set up to receive voice mail. We ended up taking an uber. 2. It is very run ...

«In middle of night fire alarm was set off. We all had to evacuate, fire department showed up then left shorty after, with fire panel still in alarm! Fire devices still beeping in hallway 45mins after that! No explanation was given and no type of compensation or refund offered. When I followed up days later they stated simply don't refund the so called emergency. Even though the fore panel was never reset!»
