«It was simple and ok. There was a lot of space in the room and the bathtub was very good. The rooms where not very sound proof, so you good hear your neighbours. There was also a lot of people smoking weed in their rooms at the hotel, so the smell was everywhere at times. »

«Almost every day we had to go down and get items the housekeeper missed. No complimentary breakfast Front desk clerk would interrupt, was defensive and combative.»

«Our room was clean but there was no lock on the washroom door. All the staff were great especially the staff at the buffet breakfast.Always smiling helpful and polite!»

«Great location - pleasantly suprised by the room. Only improvement that could enhance the experience is an onsite bar/restaurant. We ended up staying on a weekend where there must have been a hockey tournament - the pool area was incredibly busy and noisy and could use more frequent cleaning.»

«Overall stay was ok. Front end staffs are not very helpful. Limited parking spaces in the hotel property. If parking is full, you have to park in the shopping plaza parking lot. Continental breakfast very limited option. Our room didn't have a window, however hotel is located in a prime area and some smart features like indicating do not disturb and needs cleaning are a added luxury. It has its own pros and cons.»

«We slept here for a few hours between flights. Pros: 1. Better than just staying at airport overnight. We did manage to sleep there. Cons: 1. On their info on hotels.com it says they have a shuttle bus service to the airport. When we went to the shuttle bus area, we saw 5-10 other airport hotel names, not this one. We tried calling the hotel, no one answered. Just an automatic reply that the phone number is not set up to receive voice mail. We ended up taking an uber. 2. It is very run ...

«Breakfast was great. Room could have been a bit cleaner ( dirty marks on back of bathroom door& a belly button ring on the carpet ) But otherwise it was great and smelled good! »
