The Beach Retreat - Homely Beachside Caravan on 5* Park

Escape to the popular 5 star beachside Cornish resort of Par Sands nestled just behind the dunes of the award winning dog friendly beach in St Austell bay. Perfectly located for days out at the quaint harbour towns of Mevagissey, Polperro, Fowey, Charlestown as well as having The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Helligan close by.
Our homely static caravan, comfortably sleeps 4, has a sofa bed for additional guests if required and is fully equipped with everything you could need. Park facilities are also available with our guest passes which include heated pool and tennis courts. The park also has multiple children's play areas as well as a lake for feeding the ducks and geese. Despite being a new property for us, we’ve had numerous guests stay and each one has given their stay a 10/10 rating. Although we can’t guarantee the weather, we can certainly assure you that you’ll love your time at The Beach Retreat!
We go down as a family very often and therefore the caravan is kitted out in a manner that makes you feel at home. Games and DVD's are provided as well as wifi and TV's in the bedrooms for slow, lazy mornings and early cosy nights. A hive heating system is installed which allows us to make sure the place is nice and warm for guest arrivals. All bed linen and towels are provided including sofa bedding and cot bedding if needed. Iron and ironing board as well as a hairdryer are also available meaning you can travel a bit lighter knowing we've considered the amenities needed.
A water bowl, poo bags and biscuits for doggies are provided.
Upon booking, a digital welcome pack is sent to guests so you have all the information you need about the caravan, the park and the local area. This allows you to plan better and ensure you get the most out of your time while in Cornwall.
We are extremely lucky with some of the surrounding gems nearby which make activities and day trips easy and enjoyable. You may wish to go dog walking along the Cornish coastal paths, overlooking the bay and visiting nearby delightful villages of Polkerris, Carlyon Bay or Charlestown. Or you might prefer a day of activity with paddle boarding, boat trips, football golf, go-karting or zip wire fun all local to us amongst many others. Day trips to other seaside towns (Looe, Fowey are very close and Padstow and Newquay are under 45 mins away) very easy and a must to see some traditional Cornish holiday hot spots. Too much to do and too little time is sometimes a nice problem to have!

We host our place as we can only visit it 3-4 times a year so we decided to allow others the chance to enjoy what our holiday home and the local area has to offer. We’re always contactable throughout your stay as we are 100% committed to ensuring you get the maximum out of your well deserved break. We do however, respect privacy and leave you to enjoy your holiday while remaining there if you need us.
