«Hotel posizionato vicino all'aeroporto, in una zona che non offre molto, caotica e vicina ad un centro commerciale immenso raggiungibile a piedi. Odore di chiuso ( non ci sono finestre apribili) e qualche traccia di umidità proveniente dal bagno. Pulizia sufficiente, materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Staff cordiale»

«Balikpapan is a huge city and the staff at the hotel were so helpful in helping me organise my way to seeing things. They really do go out of their way! The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. The room was very spacious with lots of English speaking satellite channels.facilities such as a hairdryer are available on request. «The hotel is quite new. It's cozy, comfort and clean. Hope it will stay the same all the time! Nice swimming pool eventhough its not big. Nice fitness center and spa. I've got a room which has an ocean view and it's wonderful.. the Breakfast is good and lots variation of kind of foods especially for indonesian. «Beautifully hotel with a nice breakfast. I have always been a bit provoked by hotels asking ut to save environment by conserving on towels.On this hotel they seemed more serious having replaced all plastic water bottles by glass jug, and multiple water dispensers in the corridor.
Easy checkin and check out and no issues with anything. The best hotel visted on this two week roundtrip in Asia and Australia .»
