The hotel is on a busy street with places to eat but it also serves lovely food in the restaurant. «The hotel is quite new. It's cozy, comfort and clean. Hope it will stay the same all the time! Nice swimming pool eventhough its not big. Nice fitness center and spa. I've got a room which has an ocean view and it's wonderful.. the Breakfast is good and lots variation of kind of foods especially for indonesian. «it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart.»

«Beautifully hotel with a nice breakfast. I have always been a bit provoked by hotels asking ut to save environment by conserving on towels.On this hotel they seemed more serious having replaced all plastic water bottles by glass jug, and multiple water dispensers in the corridor. Easy checkin and check out and no issues with anything. The best hotel visted on this two week roundtrip in Asia and Australia .»

«The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊»
