«Cabin was nice and fresh upon arrival. Cute, cozy, and perfect for 2 travelers. Had everything we needed to stay in and cook if needed. Tracy was easy to contact and accommodate on a request for an additional fan. Highly recommend for day trips into Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Definitely coming back!»

«This property has a great location and very nice. As a larger frame guy I like to keep the temperature down as cool as possible. The thermostat is locked and only will allow you to adjust the temperature down to 70 degrees. But overall it was very comfortable. I was very pleased with the stay and will book it again.»

Property was clean, decorated nicely, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Had a nice little backyard, if you brought a pet along.

«We had a great experience staying at the Tech Terrace Cottage. We had a little hiccup figuring out how to unlock the door but the owner answered our phone call almost immediately and helped us out. It was totally smooth sailing from there. This part of Tech Terrace was nice and calm. The private parking/entryway area was great and the unit itself was beautiful and super clean.
