Located in the gated community of Treetop Village in Seacrest Beach, enjoy a private forested setting, deeded beach access with tram service, and nearby Regional Beach Access at the Southend of Orange Street! Guests will love this home’s outdoor shower and the quick walk to local shops and restaurants.

A bright and beguiling exterior greets guests upon arrival at this 3-story home. Curl up on the front porch’s cushioned seating to welcome the morning with a cup of coffee. Inside, hardwood floors and soothing colors seamlessly combine the open concept great room. In the living space, a shiplap wall accents the streaming-equipped TV, and a comfortable sectional and armchairs offer seating for the whole group. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with quartz countertops and high-end appliances—making it easy to gather for a shared meal at the 8-person dining table. There are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. On the back deck, delight in an evening cookout with the natural gas grill and dine under the setting sun at the 4-person outdoor table.
