This newly renovated, new price, gorgeous 1,315 sq.ft. ground level condo has all of the amenities of a home. It allows you to wake up next to a beautiful view of Seacrest/Rosemary/Alys Beach and the sound of the ocean! With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you'll have plenty of room to unwind and enjoy a true beachfront experience with incredible views of the Gulf.
Located at High Pointe Beach Resort, a first-class gated community catering to families of all sizes. You'll enjoy direct access to pristine beaches, Lagoon-style pool/hot tub, famous dining restaurant (Crabby Steve’s), tennis/pickleball court, children’s playground, and boutique shopping across the street/7 mins walks. All in a quaint, family friendly environment.
This unit comes with 1 beach umbrella/2 beach chairs/2 bikes from March to October as a treat from the owner.

Oh my this place was amazing! The location is spot on very close to beautiful Rosemary shops and restaurants. The view from the condo is absolutely stunning with the ability to see the sunsets. The condo was very quiet and comfortable. Chris the host was so easy to communicate with. He helped make the stay great responding to my questions quickly. I highly recommend staying at Chris’ place . I would definitely return.

Property was good. We enjoyed our stay in a great location. Unit could have been a little cleaner as we had a big spider web on fan in master bedroom. Also kitchen stove was older and bottom drawer was dirty.There were nice dishes and was well stocked.

Our stay was absolutely perfectly wonderful! 100 out of 100! The location is unbeatable—just steps from a stunning beach, a beautiful pool and hot tub, and tons of restaurants and shops all within a quick walk or bike ride (seriously, just 2 minutes away). The home itself is beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and feels brand new inside. Bring your own beach towels, but be sure to enjoy the game/beach toy closet-that we were happy to add too! Crabby Steve’s for a drink or food was great as were all the great shops & restaurants right outside the gates complex! The owner was very kind, responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything seamless. We had an amazing trip and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy all that 30A has to offer!

Excellent Stay!

Our stay was perfect and the place was just as advertised if not better. Loved the decor!! Easy walk to the beach and the view is spectacular. Really liked the privacy too. Being on the ground floor was nice, in that you could still see the gulf, but the dunes were creating privacy on the deck that you wouldn't have on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The chairs/umbrellas and bikes included in the rate was awesome! Also so nice that it was an easy walk to Pedlars Pub and to Rosemary beach for dinner, drinks and shopping. We had such a great stay.

Beautifully decorated condo. We have stayed at High Pointe previously and the ocean front views from this condo are amazing. Easy access to and from beach, pool and hot tub. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shopping. This is a perfect condo and location to Rosemary beach. Alys and seaside.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was great! The location is just AMAZING…you are literally on the beach so close to the boardwalk and across the two small lane street are restaurants with live music and even a Starbucks. I was to be clear that this street isn’t you normal street where cars are traveling fast and is unsafe for kids….its literally like a busier street in a neighborhood…so many pedestrians are walking or riding bikes!!! Which the condo came with two and my husband and daughter had a blast! The beach is so clean and the chairs with the umbrella were set up every morning with no one in front of you. Security was great…the pool is just gorgeous but not heated so a little chilly when we went but it didn’t stop the kids. Chris (owner) was so kind & had amazing communication before check in and during our stay should we have needed but we really had everything…Condo was very well equipped (even had a box fan…which we sleep with just for sound)….your view from the condo being first floor is really outstanding…we normally like to be higher because some other places we have stayed the sand dunes block the ocean…not here….it just blocks all the people sitting at the beach and your view is miles of ocean in each direction. We had groceries delivered twice which security is at the front and got the driver to us which they brought straight to the door. AC and heat worked great. Condo had hot water that never went out and we never heard anyone on top or beside us. It was a lovely trip to Rosemary!

We loved This place! We’ve stayed at the high pointe two other times but never as updated as this place! There’s beach toys and games for the families so you don’t have you bug your own!!! Beach view/sunsets/sunrises are amazing. We really enjoyed it and would like to come back again! Kitchen well stocked and just overall gorgeous!
