Location! Location! Location! Our Condo on the Beach has it all! Walk out the front door of Twin Palms and you have access to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Once you are in the condo you can sit back and relax on our oversized balcony. Situated on the 11th floor, you are just high enough to not hear the pool noise and be able to enjoy great ocean views! Watch the parasailers, stingrays, and amazing sunsets. Enjoy your time on the beach with complimentary beach service (Mar. - Oct 2022). From there you can walk the beach to the famous Pineapple Willies. Want to relax and cook at home? Our kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans, plenty of tableware, a Keurig, and an air fryer! We have seating for 4 at the kitchen island and 6 at the dining table. You will also find new living room furniture, new bedding, new HD Smart TVs in all rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, black-out curtains, a washer/dryer, fresh neutral paint, and Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the entire condo.

Want a break from the beach? You can also soak up the sun at the large pool and jacuzzi surrounded by new pool furnishings. In addition you have access to an indoor jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. There is plenty of parking in the covered deck on levels 1-3, so easy to park and unload. There are 3 elevators for quick and easy access to the condo. Twin Palms offers everything from water sport adventures to complete relaxation. We know you will love your stay at our condo on the beach!

Very nice condo

Condo was very nice and spacious. Convenient parking.. Self Check-in was easy. The view from the balcony is amazing. The pool is huge and not crowded.We had to call housekeeping for a minor issue and they showed up to fix the problem within 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the service. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vaca

The property was very nice. We enjoyed being right on the gulf. The pool, hot tub, exercise room were nice. The accommodations were everything my family was looking for. The condo could use a little extra TLC, my handyman husband was itching for some tools. Aerators on faucets need a good cleaning, screen door needs adjustment, squeaky master bathroom door., just a few little things.

Great location! Great price!

Our first time staying in Panama City. Was there for 65 days and definitely would return to same place if we ever returned. Close walking distance to many restaurants and Walmart. The pictures didn’t lie also. Exactly what you see, you get. No keys to deal with, just some codes. Very happy with our choice!!

Great condo

Loved the condo and location. Only 1 issue was the ceiling fan in master. You can't use it due to it being very loose. Sounded as if it was going to fall. One last thing is the gate code to the beach access. I got onto the beach with no problem with code. But had to climb the fence to get in. Code would not work. Waited 15min & 3 calls. No luck.

Liked it alot

Great overall. Only issue was there is intermittent short buzzing sound(lasts about 3 seconds) that woke me up numerous times. Maybe from the air conditoner unit outside, when it starts up near the entrance(I slept in smaller bedroom). Ear plugs not enough. Also blue plastic cup(s) leak.

The stay was very good. Everything worked properly. Great view of the beach and very well located. Plenty to do within walking distance. Only 2 concerns during stay. Outside door did not lock from outside when leaving condo and there was mold in both tub/ shower. Needed minor cleaning.

Highly would not recommend!

The renovations and updates in this room have been completed, as mentioned in the listing, but its definetly out of shape and could use some serious tlc. The furniture has seen its better years. Once we walked in the room-the first impression was a awful musty stench in the room that didnt go away even with opened balcony doors. The outdoor patio seats are torn through and compeltely worn out, with an outdoor patio rug under the cusion. Bathtub has rust around the drain hole and the silicone along bathtub corners is moldy. Ceiling was covered in a film of severe black dust, or layer of mold-we didnt stay long enough to find out-but that would definitely explain the musty stench in the unit, and the ceiling in the bathroom was hanging down above the shower head. Could not reach the owner because when we arrived after 6pm-it was considered after hours and no one was available for us to contact about the issues. After filing a complaint through vrbo, someone reached out to us and told us that they cant do anything about anything because its after hours and in the morning they will address the issues. Due to health conditions, we refused to stay in a musty room and started to look for a hotel at our own expense. At which point, someone miraculosly reached out to us and said they will transfer us to a different location. Other than the cockroaches, the new room was definitely worth the stay and absolutely lovely. The beach was also beautiful, and the location was really nice.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There is a few things that would keep me from renting the same place again. Number one is the smell of mildew. We are really not picky but the smell was really really bothering us. Second the place was not the cleanest. The bathrooms could use some updating. One of the sinks was clogged. The patio furniture is really old and basically falling apart. The location and the building were great. It was nice having the beach chairs and umbrella included . The pool is great. I would stay at twin palms again I just wouldn’t stay at the same unit.

The condo was spacious with beautiful views from the balcony, great location, not too crowded. However, it was very dusty. It’s obvious that it hasn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while.
