«The individual cabin style rooms are very private and cozy. Almost too cozy! We like to be woken up by the sounds of the jungle and these rooms with heavy curtains are perfect for sleeping in. It was both a blessing and a curse! I do wish they didn’t use BRIGHT WHITE lights. Soft lighting would have been better, and would go much better with their decor. Having a front glassed in and a back open porch was great to enjoy the mornings…. We actually caught a glimpse of a Howler Monkey going ...

«Beautiful location and view from the bungalow. Pretty nice garden area around. Two big, comfortable beds. The bathroom was a little bit outdated. Breakfast was really nice. Nice little patio in front where you can enjoy the view of Arenal.»

«Stayed in a bungalow. It needs modernisation, everything seems quite old, except the shower room seemed a bit newer. The sheets had stains on them so we requested they change them. Breakfast was decent. It’s a bit difficult when not all of the staff speak/understand English. »

«Great apartment, very clean with nice size and layout. Excellent location with a lot of dining and grocery shopping options. Close to many high end hot spring resorts. The onsite laundry facility is a big plus. The host Alvaro is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful stay for three days. The only caveat is the noise that rain drops hitting on the plastic cover that leads to the second floor. Other than that our stay was perfect! »

«The hot springs were nice. However the room could be improved. The safe was not working. The backyard door could not be closed. It only locked if you walk out. Location and setting were amazing though. »

The staff goes out of their way to assist you to make the most of your stay in the rain forest. Whether that's booking day trips, activities or just giving you tips on hikes in the local area, they are there for you and will do their utmost to help you with you plans. The restaurant is also a treat - in fact the best food we ever had in this area came ...

«This is a beautiful resort property and our room was spacious, modern and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the balcony and waking up to the sound of birds and the nearby river. The restaurant is excellent for dinner as well as breakfast. It’s a bit out from the center of town but an easy taxi away.»

«The personnel is great! The hotel is quite new and everything works nicely. Beds were good, good size rooms and bethrooms. The breakfast is served in a hotel nearby - it is ok, though not the best I’ve had, but the view is great. Very central as well, close to everything in town.»

«We came here for honeymoon and the place was really cute, private, tucking in a rain forest. Staffs were knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast in another property which you need a car to or they would pick you up. Menu was fantastic, lots of options, with great view of the volcano, thus honestly the best breakfast we had in the entire trip. We were so sad leaving this magical place. Only thing to suggest was that wifi was kinda weak in our room, but other than that, super happy with our stay.»
