«The Cactus House is an excellent location. Owners and their communication were excellent. Beautiful 3 bedroom home with wonderful front porch and amazing back deck and yard. The main bedroom has its own bathroom and bath/shower. The owners have other fantastic homes on their property. Greta hiking. And, only about 10 minutes from old downtown Bastrop with wonderful restaurants, pub and shopping. Would highly recommend Piney Creek Chop House for happy hour and dining and Maxine's for breakfast. ...

«Fridge didn't cool, had to throw food away this morning. Ceiling fan and light would not turn off. Had to sleep with light on all night. Didn't notice until we were ready for bed at midnight. Not much sleep. Musty odor never went away. No coffee creamer. Bed's mediocre. Front door key was of no use because door knob didn't catch. We had to use the padlock every time we left and it was very hard to open.»

«Arrived at 3:00 pm for scheduled check-in with two 6-yr-olds in need of afternoon nap after a day of hiking. I walked much of the property in search of a host, finally knocked on a trailer home door. Female host guided me to our “air-conditioned glamping tent”, unzipped the door and we stepped into what felt like a convection oven. It was 100 degrees outside and likely more inside the canvas tent. She had two fans running but acknowledged that it was too hot for the children. She offered to let ...

«Wow! Veronica and Ian’s place was the perfect fit for us. We are coffee roasters and were traveling from GA to the Austin area for coffee business. After a few technical issues with the site (not their fault at all… just a glitchy site), Veronica quickly responded and helped with the issue, allowing me to book immediately! They thought of every detail, down to the spices and cookware. Coffee (and creamer) was provided, and the laundry detergent for the laundry area. Our kids adored the cowboy ...
