With stunning countryside views and private parking for two cars, this stylish lodge also has the added benefit of a large decking area with table and chairs, a spacious garden, as well as an on-site shop, children’s play area, outdoor showers, dog showers, takeaway outlets and being within walking distance to the Prawn on the Lawn restaurant. Number Four – Piran View is just a short thirty-minute stroll away from Padstow Town Centre with its restaurants, harbour, beaches, and boutique shops. A real treasure of a holiday home.

The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is light and airy and includes two comfortable sofas, two armchairs, a widescreen Sky TV, a stunning wall mounted electric fire and a beautiful snug/reading area, where you can enjoy the panoramic countryside views from the patio doors that lead out onto the decking area. The contemporary, modern open plan kitchen is well equipped with an integrated fridge/freezer, built in microwave, electric fan oven, gas hob and integrated dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar for two, which is perfect for lazy day breakfasts and a cheeky Bucks Fizz. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, the perfect way to start the day! The dining table comfortably seats up to four guests and is perfect for an intimate dinner or for that special occasion. There is a utility room just off the lounge where you will find the washer/dryer.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, wall mounted Smart TV, a large dressing table area and a walk-in wardrobe. It is tastefully decorated with accents of colour yet creates a serene and tranquil haven. There is also an ensuite with shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has two single beds, ample storage, a wall mounted Smart TV and a dressing table. There is a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

There is a decking area with table and chairs for four, as well as a large, grassed area with a picnic bench and BBQ. A wonderful sanctuary where you can enjoy a glass of wine, dine alfresco and enjoy the Cornish sunshine.
